Gluten Free Pie Crust
Finally! A pie crust that is gluten free and actually tastes good!! This recipe makes a nice crust thst is flaky and crisp on the edges.

Ingredients
1
cup
gluten free baking mix
1/2
cup
coconut oil
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
1
egg white
1/4
cup
cold water
Instructions
Combine salt & baking mix in a large mixing bowl
Using fork, mix coconut oil into flour mixture
Make small well in flour for the liquid mixture
Whisk together water and egg white
Pour egg mixture into well made in the flour mixture
Mix well until mixture forms a ball
Wrap dough in plastic & refrigerate 30 minutes
Remove pie crust from fridge and allow to rest for 10 minutes
Roll dough flat between 2 pieces of parchment paper
Turn dough over onto pie plate
Crimp pie edge with your fingers
Poke holes in crust with fork
Bake for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Crust will be very light brown
